Step 1
Garden Consultation. 

The first stage for any project or , is to book a consultation with us. You can message us either online via the home page, call directly or whatsApp us on 07450203305 (James, Head Bear) or email us @ greenbearlandscaping@gmail.com. We will normally reply within a few days to arrange an appointment and advise our availability to head over. The Consultation will normally take around an hour.

For all consultations we charge £45.00 inc vat (Bristol) or £60.00 inc vat (Outside of Bristol)*

* Should you proceed with any quotation from us this fee is fully refundedable.

This is the first opportunity to meet up and discuss your plans / ideas for your new space, from here we can advise if we can offer a quote straight away or a garden design / concept will be needed.

If you have a clear idea of what you are looking to achieve, or for most simple landscaping projects we can normally offer a quote stright away.

For more complex sites, larger projects, projects that want to include lighting plans, planting plans ect it may be the case a garden design is completed before we can offer a quote. In this case we will arragne for our Head Desginer (Henry) to head over (See our Design Service Page) for more info. on whats included in this service.

If we are able to offer a quote after the consultation, this can normally be sent over within a week. The quote will include be a detailed describtion of the work (Scope of Work) that will be included and in most cases a fixed cost for the work - This is included in the consutation fee. 

Should you wish to proceed we will then confirm a start date and send over a booking forms for you to sign off on - listing any material choices and payment terms.

Regardless of the size of the project every client will have there own dedicated project manger, and site manager. We aim to collaborate as much as we can with our clients to ensure every expectation is exceeded.
