Step 1
Garden Consultation. 

The first stage for any project is to book a consultation with us. You can message us either online via the home page, call directly or whatsApp us on 07450203305 (James, Head Bear) or email us @ greenbearlandscaping@gmail.com. We will normally reply within a few days to arrange an appointment and advise our availability to head over. The Consultation will normally take around an hour.

For all consultations we charge £60.00 inc vat (Bristol) or £80.00 inc vat (Outside of Bristol)*

* Should you proceed with any quotation from us this fee is fully refundable

The first meeting is an opportunity to meet with one of our industry experts and discuss your ideas and aspirations for your outdoor space. During this consultation we will explore your plans, assess the site, and determine the best approach for your project. Following the meeting, we will advise whether we can provide a quotation straight away or if a detailed garden design will be required before moving forward.

If you already have a completed design or a clear vision of what you would like to achieve, we can often provide a quotation for the build following the initial consultation. This is typically the case for more straightforward landscaping projects.

For clients seeking an award-winning garden or those with more complex sites or larger projects, we may recommend engaging our professional design service. This is particularly beneficial if your project includes elements such as lighting plans, planting schemes, outdoor kitchens, seating areas, water features, or garden buildings. In these cases, a garden design allows us to carefully plan every detail before providing an accurate quotation.

If a design stage is required, we will arrange for our Head Designer, Henry, to visit you for a dedicated consultation. You can learn more about what is included in this service on our Design Service page.

If we are able to provide a quotation following the consultation, this will normally be issued within one week. Preparing a detailed quotation is a chargeable service, with the fee dependent on the complexity and scope of the project. This fee covers the time required to accurately assess, plan, and cost your proposed works.

The quotation will include a detailed description of the proposed works (Scope of Works), outlining exactly what is included within the project and, in most cases, a fixed cost for the build. The quotation fee will be confirmed after the initial meeting.

Should you wish to proceed, we will then confirm a suitable start date and send over a booking form for your approval. This will outline the agreed materials, key project details, and payment terms.

If you proceed with the project following our quotation, the quotation fee will be fully refunded.

Now relax – you have an award-winning landscaping team booked in. From this point forward, we will take care of everything.

Regardless of the size or complexity of the project, every client is assigned a dedicated project manager and site manager to oversee the build from start to finish. We work closely with our clients throughout the process to ensure expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
