'Elevated Garden Lounge'

Designed by Phil Perry Gardens and expertly built by Green Bear Landscaping, this scheme showcases high-quality materials, skilled craftsmanship, and thoughtful detailing throughout.

 

The project involved the installation of over 60m² of paving using Marshalls Sawn Versuro Indian Sandstone. Each slab is hand-selected at the quarry to ensure outstanding colour consistency, resulting in a refined and cohesive finish. This was beautifully complemented by Bradstone granite cobbles, carefully integrated within the paving to introduce a striking contrast in both texture and tone. To complete the look, Marshalls Weatherpoint 365 resin jointing in grey was used, tying the entire scheme together seamlessly.

 

The garden also features a bespoke pergola, hand-built on site by our team, alongside a new lawn incorporating a built-in drainage system connected to a soakaway, significantly improving lawn performance and longevity. Stainless steel and glass balustrades were installed to open up views across the garden while introducing a clean, contemporary feel.

 

Additional elements include raised rendered planters, thoughtfully positioned planting pockets throughout the garden, a composite raised decking area, and a lower quarter-circle patio with steps leading down into the lower garden. An ACO drainage channel was also installed to effectively manage rainwater runoff from the existing driveway.
